KWADRAT ZABRZE

Experienced team operating in flame cutting elements industry since 2007.
We specialize in flame cutting elements using steel with the highest quality parameters thanks to knowledge of the technological capabilities of all European smelters and selected Japanese, Chinese and Indonesian smelters. The details are prepared from elements with the thickness of 8 mm to 300 mm. We have a numerically controlled machinery park necessary to make a product with a unit weight of up to 24 tons.
We use gas and plasma firing technologies, also on welded sheets. The choice of the optimal method depends on the type of material to be processed and the target application of the cut elements. Our team of specialists accompanies the entire technological process from the analysis phase of the technical documentation to the final logistics of the processed material.
We serve a broadly understood branch of heavy industry related to machinery, energy, railway, shipbuilding, chemical, construction or automotive industries.

MACHINERY PARK

We possess devices enabling the efficient course of the technological process.
Total area of the working tables:
186 m2, on three independent technical nests
Maximum weight of the cut element: 24 tons.
Total number of cooling beds for cut elements (pallets): 60.
Permanent marking by Soft Stamp with Flymarker devices.

Loading machinery park
Kalmar crane: maximum lifting capacity 25 tons.
Kalmar crane: maximum lifting capacity 16 tons.
Toyota: maximum lifting capacity 7 tons.
Linde: maximum lifting capacity 4.5 tons.

CERTYFICATION

 
We have the necessary certificates issued by the Certification Office of Management Systems of the Polish Register of Shipping S.A. certifying that the Quality Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The scope of certification includes the production of cut elements and trading in metallurgical products. The TÜV Rheinland certificate attests to the quality requirements maintained in our team for the transfer of material markings.
 

HOW WE OPERATE

ANALISIS

In the first stage of cooperation, the analysis of technical documentation is necessary to prepare the offer. If the customer has developed files in AutoCad, we start preparing the offer.

NESTING

Based on the technical drawings of the documentation, we perform nesting to optimize the production process. We develop this in .dwg, .dxt files.

OFFER

The acquired knowledge from the first two stages allows us to complete the preparation of the offer and the conditions for the implementation of the production process.

IMPLEMENTATION

The final stage during which we perform the full production process along with the logistics of individual tasks.
