GAS CUTTING
Metal cutting is possible with the help of many technologies. The most popular method we use is autogenic cutting, otherwise known as gas or oxy-fuel cutting. The treated metal is cut by an oxygen stream, which at the same time creates, thanks to the cutting gap, a finished flame cutting element.
We provide services flame cutting elements of black steel, S355, S235, S275, S460, S690, S960, wear-resistant steel, Durostat, Dilidur, Hardox, Hardplast, Quard, Brinar and welded sheets. We can cut steel with the thickness of 8 mm to 300 mm and in this respect we have all thicknesses in our own warehouse.
PLASMA CUTTING
We provide plasma cutting services for steel materials. It consists in the use of a very high plasma temperature and a very high outlet velocity of gases coming out of the plasma torch nozzle for smelting and blowing metal out of the cutting gap. The thickness of cutting objects using plasma torches depends primarily on the power of the device, while the cutting speed depends on the type of plasma gas. The plasma method guarantees precision of cutting, high efficiency and a time-efficient finalizing process.
NESTING
Technology, the main assumption of which is to optimize the use of material - proves very useful in our business. It is about the most efficient system of flame cutting elements laid out on the processed element and the maximum possible use of the full area of the available material while minimizing the amount of generated wastes. The technology focuses on cutting the material using a suitable machine using Sigma MRP, Sigma Nest Power Pack, Sigma Pack, Sigma Colorofload modules to achieve high efficiency and precision of application. During this production, the material is a significant cost – so nesting allows us to reduce costs and increase productivity. The software used automates the complex activities of decomposing elements on many sheets at the same time and their optimal cutting.

Transformation Imaging
We also provide services of imaging of the customer details on the material he owns based on the .dwg or .dxf files provided by him with quantitative data of individual elements (nesting on request).
Storage
We make it possible to store the customer's materials in a deposit for further processing. The total area of the storage yard for sheets and cut elements: 10,000m2. Storage of company's own materials for processing enables the possibility of immediate production order in grades S355 (all thicknesses from 8 to 300mm) S420, S460, S690
